Spa Bookings, Enquiries & Useful Information
All bookings must be paid for 24 hours in advance.
Robes and slippers can be rented at a chargeable rate of £6 per set, unless they are included in a package, but must be pre ordered 24 hours in advance.
Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes prior to your treatment to fill out a medical consultation form.
As your health is our main concern, we advise you to call the spa prior to making any bookings to speak to one of our spa supervisors if you are or have been receiving any medical care or on any medication within the last 5 years, that may restrict or prevent your spa treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse clients as your health and well being is our main concern. As a 5 star spa, we pride ourselves in providing the best care and treatments for our clients.
Please be aware that from time to time as an extremely busy spa our therapists may run late.
There are car parking spaces available within the hotel car park for our guests at a fee.

A 50% charge will be applied if 48 hours notice of appointment cancellation is not given
Credit card details will be taken at the time of booking to reserve the appointment.
For larger group bookings and Spa Packages please request to speak to a Spa Manager so that full details of your group requirements can be accurately recorded.
